What is the ‘Devolution’ Theory and is it Trump’s Reality?

In July 2020, President Donald J. Trump’s “Space Force” placed 4 top-secret satellites into orbit from Virginia.

This enabled the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) the United States agency responsible for operating spy satellites, to transfer top secret payloads and technology into space.

It also gave President Trump unprecedented ability to gather intelligence with no to little interference from foreign entities and from various powers within the U.S.

Some of this intelligence could be used to track all facets of the upcoming November elections.

“This was so secret, even Vice President Pence didn’t know,” a military connected source informed me. “Russia had satellites chasing one of ours staying within 100 miles on its trail. Looking back, we now understand why Pence wasn’t in the loop for the most top secret activities.”

Through various sources, including seven of our readers (who likely don’t know each other because they live in five different states), there is a good deal of “chatter” about a process called Devolution.

This devolution is a confirmed process being preserved by the U.S. military to secretly maintain and save President Donald Trump’s administration.

I first heard about devolution in November 2020 after the election, but was unsuccessful in obtaining reliable confirmation along the way. It appeared outlandished, but as specific events unfolded, it has shown to be quite feasible.

“This is something going on out there and so top secret, it’s doubtful many in the military or the White House even know what is happening,” one long time, very reliable, Washington D.C. area source said in November. “Just pay attention to what President Trump says–and his actions. It will be behind the backs of key staff, including military leadership, and powerful politicians.”

The first surprise was replacing key defense leaders, including promoting Christopher C. Miller to Secretary of Defense on November 9th, 2020. I reported it here. This was followed quickly by naming Kash Patel, Ezra Cohen-Watnick, David Norquist and others to key military positions.

Almost immediately, we learned globalists on the Defense Policy Board were terminated from their positions by Trump. This list of New World Order proponents included former Secretaries of State Madeleine Albright and Henry Kissinger, former ranking member of the House Intelligence committee Jane Harman and former House Majority Leader Eric Cantor.

Others given the axe were former Chief of Naval Operations retired Adm. Gary Roughead, former chief operating officer at the Pentagon Rudy De Leon, former George W. Bush deputy national security adviser J.D. Crouch II, former undersecretary at the Department of the Treasury David McCormick, former deputy attorney general under Bill Clinton Jamie Gorelick, Robert Joseph and former top defense official Franklin Miller.

The Defense Policy Board is an outside advisory group of former high profile national security officials who “provide the Secretary of Defense and the Deputy Secretary of Defense, independent, informed advice and opinions concerning matters of defense policy in response to specific tasks.”

Why did Trump make these abrupt changes?

Our military intelligence and spying abilities were enhanced through Space Force. It was this ability that exposed and captured behind the scenes dangers to America (and even provided the true vote count in the November election).

It was Space Force technology that helped Trump decide on the now famous raid in Frankfort, Germany. It happened as soon as Miller and company were put in place. I wrote about it here.

Here are some key facts to note:

1. Continuity of operations (COOP) planning has been in existence by the United States since the Cold War as an effort to preserve the continuity of government (COG) in the event of a Nuclear Attack. 

2. These operations have evolved to the point that each and every federal government agency and department has COG and COOP plans.

3. Supposedly, President Trump initiated the devolution process through the Military and the Department of Defense because of intelligence indicators revealing extreme and growing cyber, electronics, space and spy technology warfare.

4. Trump said on several occasions that when China permitted COVID-19 to escape Wuhan, that was essentially an act of war paramount to at least the attack on Pearl Harbor.

5. When the U.S. is at war—even when it is an undeclared war—the President has powers not available to him in peacetime.

6. These powers do not require congressional approval and many times when they are exercised, the public is not aware. The President can, in wartime, take whatever steps are deemed necessary to save the Republic.

The devolution theory bares more towards reality with a close examination of presidential memoranda, executive orders, and odd personnel changes made in 2020 related to national security.

“Central to the devolution theory is that Trump knew the election would be stolen by a foreign power, and he viewed this as an act of war,” a recent whistleblower posted on Telegram.

“In response, he preemptively and covertly took steps to invalidate the outcome of the election,” the post continued. “The measures he took are known only to a handful of people, but they effectively make him the true Commander in Chief. A decision was made to allow the public to believe Joe Biden is President, but at a later date, we will be informed of the truth.”

“Further, the theory proposes that a few key military assets around the country are covertly supporting Trump, while most of the military believes Biden is calling the shots,” indicates a knowledgeable post on Gab. “At a future time—perhaps when indisputable evidence of election fraud is made public—the military and Trump will make their big reveal.”

“One objection to the theory is the adoption of ‘woke’ ideology by military leaders,” the Gab poster wrote. “Critics say that the military has gone soft and would not support Trump today. The U.S. military is comprised of approximately one million people who come from all walks of life, who espouse diverse ideologies and have different loyalties. It’s a gross oversimplification to say ‘the military is corrupt,’ or ‘the military is woke.’ The military is highly compartmentalized. The ideologies and loyalties of one group are not universally embraced by other groups.”

“Members of Special Operations teams are selected from a large number of applicants based on specific criteria including loyalty,” an expert in military explained. “You’re not going to find wokeism being promoted in their ranks. These men and women are patriots, and the devolution articles suggest that these are the very people Trump is working with.”

    1. Chicken or egg came first? Did Chinese defector come to USA have anything to do with the satellite deployment.

    2. Was the purge reaction to information obtained through satellites or Chinese defector or none of the above.

    3. December 2020, vice President looked over to secretary Miller and congratulated him on the completion of the most challenging or extensive military operation in US history. You have to find quote. Devolution would assist understanding of quote

      Note: ‘Devolution’ is how the four nations of the UK are self-governing, not ruled from Westminster. It is also how the ‘TWO PRESIDENTS PROPHECY’ delivered by Kim Clement in 2008 could be fulfilled.

      Later, on reading Patel’s Part 1 this striking para from The Actual Theory section confirms my understanding of the meaning of what happens to enable DJT to win in the Trump-Biden poker game prophecy :

      ‘They let Biden assume office but it doesn’t mean anything. Any damage done can and will be reversed. They are basically playing house. Their time “in office” will only lead to more people wanting Trump back. Biden has no meaningful operational control over the military (I will cover that in a future post) and they won’t let any real harm come to us while the battlefield is prepped for whatever reveal is coming.’

  7. The information contained in this revelation of Devolution is staggering and bewildering at the same time. How does such a top secret operation become discussed on the internet, albeit within a relatively small circle?

    We have seen military takeovers / restorations of governments in the past, usually with less than desirable results.

    But, the bottom line is this: if this Devolution Theory is a fact, what is president Trump waiting for? The majority of American people are, I believe, fed up and many are at the boiling point.

  11. I will be 80 in November so I have seen a lot in politics. JFK and Reagan are two presidents who tried to warn us of the extent corruption had taken over our government and institutions. And of course JFK was killed and there was an attempt made on Reagan’s life. I tend to believe in this devolution theory It would explain a lot of things that have happened in my lifetime.

    • Good Afternoon from London England. Could you possibly tell me how my nation was complicit, if at all? As strong Christians I and my family are praying for you all daily, especially for the return of Donald Trump to his rightful position. We have watched and prayed in horror as this has been unfolding, and am thrilled to hear of this new understanding. I hear constantly to pray for his return, but now understand much more of what I am seeing, reading and hearing on our news.
      I would like to pray with more understanding about Britain’s part in all of this. Could you tell me, warts and all, what we have done? We can then begin to pray with a better understanding ofboth the need for repentance and future strategy.

  17. Dave: I would say that the Taliban is anti-Deep State and President Trump is anti-Deep State and that Brain-dead Biden is pro-Deep State. The United States has Deep Staters and anti-Deep Staters. Every nation on the globe has Deep Staters and anti-Deep Staters. To me, the Deep State is spiritual Babylon; those fighting against the Deep State are mostly Christian Patriots or nationalists. The Deep State are globalists who want to enslave everyone to people like the Rothschilds, George Soros and other devil worshippers. Satan is the father of the Deep State or spiritual Babylon.

    I read in another article that the Taliban are anti-ISIS. I am not an expert on Islam, but Islam is not monolithic. Just as in Christianity, there are many sects (Baptist, Pentecostal, Methodist, Catholic, etc.), there are different sects in Islam: Sunni, Shia, Wahhabism and probably others and some of these don’t like each other that much. If the Taliban are very nationalistic, then they don’t want foreigners running their country, i.e. the former Soviet Union, Great Britain, United States, China or ISIS. I believe ISIS was founded and funded by Senator John McCain (who was probably executed for treason) and probably Barack Obama and others.

    If President Trump is behind all of this Afghanistan situation, then it was a brilliant move: the Taliban are anti-Deep State and anti-ISIS, they are in control and they have some excellent U.S. Military hardware to protect their borders from foreign interference. Maybe the Taliban will get rid of the poppy fields which symbolize foreign interference and control of their country. This all reminds me when the Soviet Union was in Afghanistan in the 1980s: we supplied the Mujahedeen (the predecessor of the Taliban) with Stinger missiles and this helped them push out the Soviets. If we supply the Taliban with military hardware, they can keep the globalists out of their country.

    We always learn the hard way: trying to establish a western democracy or a republic in a Muslim country doesn’t work very well. Republics work very well in a Christian or culturally Christian nation. In a republic, the individual has value; in Christianity, the individual has a relationship with Jesus Christ–it is not necessarily group-think or following the herd (herd mentality). In a dictatorship, the individual has no value–it is all about the dictator and the power that he can grab; if no one has a relationship with Jesus Christ, the people are easily controlled (slavery). In Christianity, we don’t just rely on the pastor for our faith: the individual seeks the Lord in prayer, Bible study and possibly other Godly relationships: someone like this is hard to enslave to a dictator because they are slaves to Jesus Christ.

    What if the order to withdraw from Afghanistan as given was considered treasonous

    What if military faked the follow through of the order

    What if military gave administration one more chance to back out of order as described in news report “ Biden had until Tuesday to change his mind to pull all troops out”

    What would it look like.

    No communication with any evacuees ( I’m not aware of any )

    All communication blocked in and around Afghanistan ( this is my understanding )

    Fake pictures and conflicting stories ( briefings different from those on ground that can get word out such as yesterday from ground… have seen no planes all day but briefing said x thousand were evacuated. )

  24. The second component of this… the military…. is so breathlessly naive, I don’t even know where to start. I mean… you guys do realize how friggin c-o-n-s-e-r-v-a-t-i-v-e most senior military officers are, right? I don’t mean politically conservative, I mean, institutionally conservative. You don’t go into the military and have a _successful_ career sucking down rules and regulations and dancing to the pipes of bloviating idiots because deep deep deep down inside you’re a rebel. Most guys just do one contract, maybe two…. and then call it a day.

    So… this idea that THESE SAME GUYS are going to embark on something that in the entire history of the US has not occurred…. I mean………… where do you get these ideas from?

    The closest historical example we would have that pertains to the US would be the Civil War, but… let’s examine how the Confederate Army came about. It came about AFTER a slew of obvious political developments that lent credence to the idea that military officers who resigned their Union commissions could take up commissions in the CA were well within their legal rights as it related to the Articles of Secession.

    The precedent of the Civil War follows that set during the American Revolution and you could argue, the histories of several territories, Texas comes to mind.

    In other words…. the US military has a well-established history of political conservatism that adheres firmly to Constitutional doctrine that civilian authority is subject to political authority.

    You can’t argue your way out of this by discussing some magical “devolution,” its certainly not a Constitutional concept I’m familiar with….. it’s a fancy idea that fits right up there with “drain the swamp,” blah blah blah….

    IF the military had evidence of CCP interference in our elections and DIDN’T present that to the sitting president… that’s not genius… that’s seditious.

    Please. Wake. Up.

    • Well, maybe the military recognized the changing landscape of war. A war without firing a shot.

      Devolution would be the covert way to fight this war.

      I can see a conservative military fighting in a devolution style war. But it would have to be for the sake of war. The military would not embark on devolution path for the sake of devolution itself ( political ).

  26. As much as i wish this were true its just not a feasible reality. If we are talking about this topic on an open forum then anyone who wants to know about it can. If the military, deep state and other government agencies not in on this thought this was even a remote possibility they would have already went down to Florida grabbed trump and locked him up and threw away the keys. No way no how not happening. Just hope candy. I am more inclined to believe we are now in the final stages of the dismantling of the US as we know it and a permanent one-party government takeover.

    and the Second World War.

    Attacks on the territory of the United States or its citizens, and threats to the rights or interests of the United States as a sovereign nation.

    The Congress has also enacted authorizations for the use of force, in lieu of formal declarations of war. Such measures generally involve the use of force against a named country or against unnamed hostile nations in a particular region.

    In the case of Donald Trump, there are now various players at work. There is the media, not only the media in the USA, but also the German media, for example, which have not left a good hair on Donald’s head, then there are the network giants, and last but not least the Dominion election manipulations.

    But I am sure that we can defeat this sworn community. What we absolutely need is Donald Trump, his family and the republicans (GOP), and not to forget Trump’s army. I am part of that.

  31. Just found your article and I liked it, Thank You! Concerning about Trump’s EO that was mentioned up above. EO 13848 – Sanctions in the event of Foreign Interference… It’s my understanding that it was renewed shortly after the November 2020 elections till 11/11/2021. The numbers 11/11 are special ones in the eyes of some. So I’m wondering if this could be some kind of a deadline to act concerning the interference from foreigners in our election. Do you have any thoughts on this. Curious.

Thank you for a simply amazing article, and the comment where Dr. David E Martin’s discussion on creating the illusion of demand and the opportunistic marketing campaign by big Pharma and all of their ilk concerning the Covid events of the last year and a half to get people to agree to the injection which people have lined up for is just unreal, hoping many more Americans wake up to the reality of what is truly going on. I left a cherished medical profession over a year ago due to flu vaccine mandates by the Obamacare language where it stated that any hospital receiving government grants had to have a 98% flu vax compliance or not get their grants truly woke me up for good. It’s always been about control and the money, it is hard for me to embrace the concept that people do not understand this. Please wake up.

  33. Reading your article just gave my hopium levels a much needed boost. Most of devolution theory I’ve been aware of by following in real-time. Seeing what Biden’s administration has done to US in 10 long af months & continues to do daily certainly has pushed many to a breaking point. Hard to imagine coming back from the destruction/devastation caused to so many Americans lives. How do you return $Billions$ in homes & businesses lost? How do we stop the ongoing 2021 increased mortality rates & injuries being caused by forced toxic shots..
    now aiming at our young? How do we remove 2+M illegals being dumped every night by secret 2a.m flights all over our nation? 750K Cartel Gang members in US has double to 1.5M, at least, in 10 months. Biden’s adding 120K Afghan refugees, trained terrorists who’ve been raised to hate US to compete in our streets & neighborhoods w/ 100K violent criminals released last year in Democrat run cities? Definitely looks to be 100% intentional set-up for civil war on US soil, no? Praying daily that what I feel & see building B4 my eyes is totally wrong, truly. Hard to understand how Dems/Libs are being allowed to brazenly flaunt their crimes against all of humanity & still keep a glimmer of hope, that perhaps devolution IS still possible & soon WILL be brought into the light after the ongoing darkness these evil bastards continue to put US through, while seemingly raising the stakes daily.     • The evil is in the details. With Devolution, no current event can be attenuated unless there is an immanent threat to the homeland.

      No one allowed anything beyond control, except for the ‘resident’ who has limited powers, (apparently to do more harm or good).

      So we remember. Will you remember? Will you act? Will you ask your neighbor to please remove the mask when you are talking to them in broad daylight outside in the sun under life saving natural UV radiation? Will you ask anyone to stop voting for evil?

      Bush has paid not enough for Afghanistan with his own execution. He was a tool of Satan. The evil one will ultimately suffer all of his sins eternally.

      Please get involved. Support a candidate you believe in. Better yet, run for a local office. Everyone loves a pet lover!

    While I don’t support totalitarian/authoritarian regimes or their oppression, I couldn’t help but notice (via the little amount of news feed allowed to leave the nation) how China’s handling of their own COVID-19 outbreak in Autumn 2019 allowed little rights and freedoms to its people (and maybe even internal/external big business) yet had its positive effect: the relatively short duration of China’s Covid-19 outbreak crisis. I recall being somewhat amused by TV images of some citizens being literally dragged — a few even invertedly by their legs! — back into their residences to help contain viral transmission.

    Perhaps with greater democratic freedom can come weaker national security, and vice versa. Still, I wouldn’t exchange freedom for such ‘national security’ control, yet it’s also foolish to pretend the sacrifice isn’t being made.
